Briefly explain your research process.3.Briefly explain the different levels of Government in Australia. Which level of government would you target primarily if you wanted to be heard on the issue? Why?4.Who have you chosen to write to about the issue? Are they a member of the Government or the Opposition? Why did you choose this person?5.Discuss about the Validation of same Sex Marriage is one of the major Issues in the Australian. Answers: 1.The issue is that many Australians want that the same sex marriage become lawfully accepted in the society. The plebiscite needs the help of the government on the same sex marriage poll that might increase the bill of the Turnbull Government that will eventually help the members by respecting their result. A poll has been taken that shows that the maximum people want that the same sex marriage be extended as their rights. People want the Government to take a step, so that this becomes a lawful right of the citizens (Pierceson, 2014). The same sex marriage is a liberal idea that includes that the government would not be holding any sort of plebiscite. The gay marriage should be made legal and any liberal government should not be disallowing this step, when this is considered as a step towards improvement. The citizens also want to fulfil their fundamental rights that includes that one person has their own choice to select their partners most appropriately their life partners. This same sex marriage is important in any democratic country (House, 2016). 2.The different sources that have been referred to for this issue of the same sex marriage is the different articles and books that are available online. The research process that has been used for this issue is the secondary one that includes the gathering of the information through different articles and the journals on the view of the same sex marriage in the Australian country. Almost in a political poll for the legal authorisation of the same sex marriage have remained in a state of question as some support it and some goes against it completely. This situation has been prevailing for many years in Australia and a complete law have not been authorised for their support. The different sources that have been gathered from the internet all of it suggests that the position of the same sex marriage in the constitution is in a dicey state and is not made into a confirmed law (Lea, de Wit Reynolds, 2014).: 3.There are different levels of the Government in Australia that amends the laws. Mostly, three levels of the Government always work together with the Australians whenever they need any services. The levels of the Government include the federal (or the national) parliament, the territory or the state parliament and another parliament that is in the state or works in a capital city. In order to target any level of the Government for this issue would be best to target the high level of the legislation or the State authority (Strong Cohen, 2013) The best is to target the federal type of the Government that can be considered in order to make the issue heard by the state. The federal Government has the national authority to administer the things and to collect the finances that includes the collection of the taxes and putting the different actions of the law that may be related to taxation or defence, immigration and different other postal services. The power of the federal government is much more than that of the any other state or local legislation powers in the Australian country (Johnson, 2013). 4.This issue can be solved only if it is written to the Prime minister of the Australian country and hence can be considered more effective. Choosing the Prime minister for writing this issue about the same sex marriage can be considered more beneficial. The chosen member for appealing this issue is definitely a member of the Government. The only reason to choose this person is that there are maximum chances for the law to become approved. The Prime Minister has the only authority that can make the law approved, as he is the sole person who governs the country. The validation of same sex marriage is one of the major issues in the Australian family. At present are one of the most dynamically advocated reforms argued in law reviews and one of the most stimulating issues. It is turning to be the most revolutionary policy judgment in the history of Australian family law. The possible outcome might be optimistic or pessimistic for children, parents, couples and same sex couples are huge. The freedom of democracy should be everywhere. Same-sex couples should be treated equally as heterosexual couples and should have same rights as them. It is the right for every person to be married to their loved person, irrespective of their race, religion and even gender. The same-sex couple also has the right to get married and their marriage should be recognized as well. Another problem, which arises often, is the moral question that is going against the tradition. Australia has been proved a backward than other developing countries. Anyhow, the Australian government has the right and power to commence same-sex marriage (Bernstein, Taylor, 2013). However, there is no marriage clause in the Australian Constitution. Earlier there was no definition of marriage in the Australian federal legislation specifies which sexes could marry each other. John Howard in 2004 (Treasury.govt.nz, 2017) has banned same-sex marriage in the Australia legislation. He supported the elites of the inner cities in order to be politically correct. The whole aspect of denying the right of the same-sex marriage was because of the inner politics in order to win the electorates in the areas like Sydney (Treasury.govt.nz, 2017). The conservative leaders of the state strictly went against same-sex marriage. Even the lesbian and gay activist could not do anything and to rely on the politicians to change their mind. This will take a rise of many modern leaders in the country that will support the same-sex marriage (Lea, Wit Reynolds, 2014). Kevin Rudd in 2007 election gave recognition to the same sex marriage and supported them. HE said that it is nothing different from the heterosexual marriage, but he supported the fact that the same-sex marriage will not be accepted in order to satisfy the conservative society and religious voters. Julia Gillard also did the same thing (Treasury.govt.nz, 2017). Therefore nobody supported the clause completely, and is scared of the conservative society. However, in 2013 Rudd supported the same sex marriage and made it legitimate for both the state and the church. He said people could opt for different p olicies in marriage as a secular society. However it is still in an indecisive situation and there no proper action toward the legalization of it sex marriage (Webb Chonody, 2014). I strongly believe that same sex marriage should be legalized. The government should give their full support and not by any particular party. The current position is dicey. There are few members of the parliament who strongly support the cause and on the other hand there are few members who are continuously rejecting this decision. The Australians are still fighting for their equal right. They are still going through many difficulties in order to marry in same sex. Until now, it was only legal in the Marriage Act of 2004 after that the parliament kept of rejects this issue. The weakness lies on the conservative part of the society who does not even try to understand and contemplate the idea of it. The conservative society treats marriage as pure entity in the eyes of laws, but they are incapable to understand that marriage in any form is pure, be it heterosexual marriage or homosexual marriage. It is a complete injustice for gay people who wants to tie in a bond but cannot just because of the federal government. This is clearly unfair I believe. No law should try to break bond in respective of their gender (Brewer, 2014). The world has changed and a new generation has come. There also has been a proper biological reason on the lesbian and gay sexuality. Still the same sex marriage is a great thereat and the reason of insecurity for many conservatives family. Even though a part of the country has come up and wants to support this clause still the rest of the conservative part is so rigid and strong that they refuse to agree on it, which leads to the other half to step back from their acceptance. This makes the Australian homosexual people helpless and they are incapable to protect in terms of pension, health care and immigration. The recognition of the same sex marriage is very important. There have been many debates on this and it ended up with no exact conclusion. This has also a psychological side to it, no matter how much the federal government tries to subsidize the issue it will always be an insult to the homosexual part of the society, who will always know that their marriage is not worthy of recognition (Encarnacin, 2014). However, Australia is trying; they have voted a new Parliament where majority of the members support marriage equality. There is Great War between the ethical conservative section and the other section, which supports same sex marriage, but they are scare that the Christian followers and the conservative section of the society will manipulate others and make them against marriage equality. There has been a poll, which showed that every one member out five remained hesitant about same sex marriage (Patterson Farr, 2015). Therefore, in order to overcome this hesitant behavior people should get a proper knowledge and understanding of homosexuality. They should not treat it as an alien psychology. There should be a proper education on this specific subject and then the proposal should be put forward. Most of the people who backs out and does not support is because they do not have full knowledge about it (Jones, Gray Harris, 2014). In order to accept anything we have to make sure that the people knows about that particular subject. The government should be more sensitive about the topic. The only strength is that the few people who are supporting the cause and the weakness is the orthodox part of the society in Australia. The only recommendation that can be raised for this type of the reform is that to make the people aware of what exactly the same sex marriage is and make them understand that all are born to lead their life in their own way and can be considered as their democratic right (Lyons et al., 2015). There were many high respectable authority members who decided firstly to support this reform that includes the different legislative lawyers of high designation but they eventually backed out because they feared that the society is still not in a position to accept this sort of a relationship. The polling states that there are many social people along with the general common people and are fighting for achieving this goal. In order to implement this law successfully in the legislation few more years will be passed but the movement for this reform should not be stopped. Many people are willing to make this under the constitutional law of Australia but cannot make its implementation, as the Gover nment does not successfully pass it. This reform can be achieved if all the community people understand the needs of the other people and this will lead to the improvement of both the society and the country as a whole (Altman, 2013) References Altman, D.
